Before You Start Looking For Your New Home:
- Get pre-approved for a mortgage, not pre-qualified.
- Pre-qualified just indicates that you will qualify for a loan.
- Pre-approval will determine how much you can borrow and also the additional costs involved.
- Pre-approval determines the price of home you can afford.
- Determiine what neighborhood best matches your needs.
- Identify important features you need your new home to have.
